Important before you choose

Colours shown on screen are approximate. Product systems have different palettes, textures and lead times, so PM Windows will verify availability and provide a physical sample before the finish is confirmed in your written quotation.

Beyond the colour

Choose how the aluminium surface should feel.

The same powder-coated colour can look noticeably different depending on sheen and texture. These are the useful aluminium routes to discuss when we specify the product.

Matt

A calm, low-sheen powder-coated finish that works naturally with modern aluminium.

Fine texture

A subtly tactile surface that softens reflections and can be forgiving in everyday use.

System dependent

Satin or gloss

More light reflection and a crisper appearance for selected colour and product ranges.

Composite door colours

Named door finishes, not aluminium RAL paint.

The main composite collection uses durable, heat-reflective door skins in colour and timber-look finishes. The premium contemporary collection has its own smaller smooth and matte palette.

Available across the Classic, Country and Urban design collections, subject to the selected door and frame combination.

Premium smooth & matte palette

Five external finishes reserved for the premium contemporary door collection; supplied with a light internal finish.

Door and frame

Leaf, frame and glazing details are checked together because not every colour is offered across every component.

Inside and outside

The internal face and external face are confirmed separately so the entrance works with both the hallway and elevation.

Physical sample

Colour and texture should be judged from a real door-skin sample in daylight before the order is finalised.

Coordinated hardware

Handles, letterplates, knockers, glazing surrounds and hinges are scheduled with the selected door colour.

Screen colours are illustrative. Exact leaf, frame, cassette and internal-face availability depends on the selected composite door design. PM Windows will verify the current combination and provide a physical sample before order.

uPVC colour & woodgrain foils

A different finish route for uPVC.

Foils are bonded decorative surfaces rather than powder-coated aluminium paint. Compare the colour, timber-look, smooth and premium texture routes available across our uPVC window and residential-door collections.

Foil outside, white inside

A popular dual-colour route that keeps the rooms bright while changing the external elevation.

Foil both sides

A coordinated finish inside and out, offered on selected colour, profile and base-colour combinations.

Fine texture

Selected fine-texture foils create a more aluminium-like, subtly tactile appearance.

Sprayed colour

Where a suitable foil is unavailable, selected uPVC products can be professionally spray finished as a special-order option.

Foil availability, base colour, one-sided or two-sided application and lead time vary by profile and product. PM Windows will confirm the current combination and provide a physical sample before order.

RAL and foil swatches shown here are design starting points, not a promise that every finish is available on every product. Luminous, metallic and pearlescent RAL colours cannot be represented accurately on screen.
